摘要
异形饰面清水混凝土施工技术中最主要的是模板体系的设计、制作和安装。本文以一个工程实例阐述如何实现异形饰面清水混凝土的模板体系——本工程中采用能准确完成所需形状的C型钢和具有多种优良性质的WISA板(一种芬兰进口的木胶合板)组合成的模板体系,首先通过对模板体系进行精心的排版设计,然后进行预拼,最后进行精细安装。该工程达到了预期效果,取得了圆满成功,为类似清水混凝土工程的实施提供参考和借鉴。
In the construction technology of heteromorphic fair-faced concrete, the design, production and assembling of formwork systems is the most principal part. The paper expounded how to establish the formwork systems of heteromorphic fair-faced concrete through a project case. This project adopted the C-type steel which can exactly form the needing shapes and the WISA board with multiple good properties （a kind of wood plywood imported from Finland） to assemble the formwork system. Firstly, it made an elaborate layout design on the formwork system and then carried out a pre-assembly and finally it made a fine assembling. This project achieved the anticipated effects and gained a complete success, which provided references for the implementation of the relevant fair-faced concrete projects.
