摘要 脂肪组织不仅是一个储备能量、提供能量的器官,更是重要的内分泌器官。2005年美国哈佛大学医学中心鉴定出一种新的参与胰岛素抵抗的脂肪细胞因子——视黄醇结合蛋白4(RetinolBindingprotein,RBP4)。随后多项研究表明其可诱导胰岛素抵抗,并且发现血浆RBP4水平在2型糖尿病、肥胖、代谢综合征以及心血管疾病中均有升高。同时国内外一些研究报道了它与脂质代谢、动脉粥样硬化、糖代谢、胰岛素抵抗、高血压、心力衰竭等心血管疾病相关危险因素的相关性。本文综述RBP4的结构、功能、测定及其在心血管疾病中的研究进展。
