某煤气化项目高层封闭气化厂房火灾风险评价方法 被引量:3

On a Fire Risk Assessment Method of a High-rise Building Used as Closed Plant for a Coal Gasification Project

摘要 使用道化学火灾爆炸指数方法对某煤气化项目的高层封闭气化厂房的火灾风险进行评价。结果表明,气化厂房内存在大量易燃、易爆危险化学品,且在高温、高压下操作,因此火灾爆炸指数为168,危险性为最高级"非常大"。当增加适当的工艺防火、防爆措施和建筑防火、防爆措施后,修正后的火灾爆炸指数为63.84,危险等级为"较轻"。 For the fire risk assessment, the use of Dow chemical Fire and explosion index method was used to assess the fire risk of a high - rise building used as a closed plant of a coal gasification project. The results showed that due to the existence of flammable, explosive, dangerous chemicals in the gasification plant, and the operation under the condition of a high temperature and high pressure, the Dow chemical fire and explosion index was 168 and the risk level was "very large". When using the fire prevention techniques, appropriate measures and building fire, explo- sion - proof measures, the modified fire and explosion index was 63.8g and the risk level was the "lighter".
