摘要
近年来不少人认为我国高等教育耗费大量的资源却没有收到应有的效果。这种观点虽有失偏颇,却也指出了我国高等教育更多坚持"以知识为导向",要求大学生在既定的学习期限内认真完成所有课程所涵盖的知识体系,以对已有知识体系的掌握为衡量学生优劣的标准,并反映一所高校人才培养质量的标准。这并不符合社会需求、不利于人才的长远发展。高校学生工作要创新思路和方法:在知识输入为主的前提下,坚持以能力输出为导向,构建能力体系,提高大学生的综合能力。
In rencent years, most people believe that the amont of cost on higher education has not been so ef- fective yet. Although it is not completely biased, it also reflects the standard by which the higher schools evaluate the quality of the students just based on the acquired knowledge in a limited time and keep on the point that to ac- quire knowledge is oriented. This view does not meet with the need of the society, nor does it have an positive in- fluence on the long- term development. The university student work must experience innovative minds and ways. In other words, To input knowledge is the premise, and to output capacity is oriented, and construct the capacity system and improve the university students comprehensive competence.
