摘要
共青团基层组织是实现团组织各项职能的基本载体,基层组织以及基层组织工作的好坏,决定着共青团最为本质的影响力、战斗力和生命力,是衡量全团活力的标志之一。高校基层团组织作为高校服务学生和管理学生的主要平台,在学生的思想政治建设职能中发挥着不可替代的作用。学生团员,作为基层团组织的最基本组成单位和基层团组织管理与服务职能发挥的最直接受众,其满意度情况更能真实、有效地反映高校基层团组织的功能发挥现状。
The basic organizations of the Chinese Communist Youth League （the C.C.Y.L.） are the basic carriers to realize various functions of the C.C.Y.L. Whether the basic organizations and their work are good or not determines the most essential influence, capability, and vitality of the C.C.Y.L., which is one of the standards to evaluate the vitality of the C.C.Y.L. The basic organizations of the C.C.Y.L. in universities, as the chief platform to serve and manage students, play irreplaceable roles in the ideological and political construction for the students. The C.C.Y.L. members among students are the most basic units of the organization as well as the most direct targets benefiting from the management and service functions of the C.C.Y.L. Their satisfaction can truly and effectively reflect the functions of the C.C.Y.L. organizations in universities.
