摘要
随着房地产市场的快速发展和房价高涨,出现了一批游离在保障与市场之外的无能力购房的"夹心层"群体。"夹心层"的住房问题日益受到社会各界的关注,解决"夹心层"的住房问题已经关系到经济发展和社会稳定。本文将通过福州"夹心层"住房情况调查,分析福州"夹心层"的收入与购房能力,提出"夹心层保障房"的布局等相关解决措施,为解决福州"夹心层"住房问题建言献策,为海西经济建设跨越式发展保驾护航。
As the real estate product market grows rapidly and housing prices soars,there appears＂sandwich layer＂group who are out of government’s guarantee and real estate product market and are not afford to purchase house.The housing problem of＂sandwich layer＂is paid more and more attention by social public.The resolving of the housing problem of＂sandwich layer＂have related economy develop and society stable.Through investigation of the housing circumstance of＂sandwich layer＂,this thesis analyses the income of＂sandwich layer＂in Fuzhou and their ability to purchase house..Further,it proposes related measures to the layout of security housing of＂sandwich layer＂.It makes suggestions to resolve the housing problem of＂sandwich layer＂in Fuzhou and escorts Haixi Economic Construction to great-leap-forward development.
