摘要
采用新鲜绵羊头、兔头各10个,自制硬头软管灌注装置,通过缓压适量灌注方法、带颅骨及带头骨腐蚀方法和延长腐蚀时间等综合方法制作血管铸型标本.结果表明:试验获得了精美、完整的绵羊脑及脑外周血管铸型和兔头部动脉血管铸型,采用该方法可成功获得小型哺乳动物血管铸型标本.
This study was carried out to improve the small mammal head and brain and provide an excellent experimental method for artery casting mould of research solution for the investigation of animal head and brain vessels. After the fresh heads and brains from 10 sheep and 10 rabbits were prepared, the self-invented device,which was characterized by a hard tip and a soft tube, was adopted, and the compre hensive methods including high pressure and proper perfusion quantity method, corrosion containing skull method and elongating time corrosion method were used to make the vessel casting mould for head and brain arteries. The perfect, intact casting mould of head and periphery vessel of sheep were obtained, as well as the head artery casting mould of rabbits. On the base of a series of improvements in experimental meth- ods, the vessel casting mould of small mammal could be successfully obtained.
