摘要 无人飞行器遥感技术作为一项新兴的前沿科技,以其机动、灵活、快速、经济等优势得到了迅速发展,目前已应用于很多领域,但在地籍测量中的应用还很少。针对农村集体土地使用权登记确权发证工作时间紧、任务重、范围广的特点,采用无人飞行器低空航测对村庄地籍测量的方式、方法及工作流程等进行了积极地探索,其结论和建议对农村集体土地使用权登记确权发证工作具有积极的指导作用。 As a frontier technology, unmanned aerial vehicle remote sensing, with the advantages of the mobile, flexible, fast and economic, it has got rapid development. Currently, it has been used in several fields, but only little in cadastration. According to the characteristics of rural collective land right confirmation, registration and certificate issue, which is short time, burdensome task and wide scope, unmanned aerial vehicles were employed to carry out low-altitude photography in order to research on the modes, methods and procedures about the rural cadastration. The conclusions and suggestions could supply positive directorial effect on the work of rural collective land right confirmation, registration and certificate issue.
