摘要
探讨低聚壳聚糖对鹌鹑生长性能、免疫功能和肠道菌群的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加低聚壳聚糖30、50mg/kg的Ⅱ、Ⅲ组能明显提高鹌鹑的平均日增重、免疫器官指数、新城疫抗体水平、T淋巴细胞转化率和肠道乳酸杆菌的数量,显著降低肠道大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的数量。低聚壳聚糖适宜的添加水平为30mg/kg。
The experiment was to explore the effects of dietary oligochitosan on the growth performance,immune function and intestinal microflora of quails. The results showed that:compared with the control group, group Ⅱ and Ⅲ that adding oligochi- tosan of 30,50 mg/kg could significantly increase the average daily gain, immune organ indexes, level of ND antibody, T lym- phocyte transformation rate and the number of Lactobacillus in the jejunum of quails, decrease the number of Escherichia coli and Salmonella. The optimal dosage of oligochitosan was 30 mg/kg.
