摘要
目的:了解拱墅区市售小水产品中副溶血性弧菌的污染状况,并对分离菌株进行血清学分群、毒力基因检测和耐药性分析,为小水产品的食用安全和食源性疾病的防控提供依据。方法:根据GB/T4789.7-2008对小水产品进行副溶血性弧菌分离鉴定及血清学分群,PCR法检测毒力基因、K-B法进行药敏试验。结果:160份标本中检出116株副溶血性弧菌,检出率为72.5%,其中海产贝类检出率为74.64%(103/138),淡水贝类检出率为59.09%(13/22),分离到的副溶性弧菌分布在九个血清群中,以O11群和O4群为主,分别占20.69%和18.10%,O5群、O10群次之,且分离到较少见的O6群、O8群菌株,所有菌株不含毒力基因tdh和trh,大部分菌株对氨苄西林、阿莫西林耐药,耐药率分别为83.62%和78.45%,所有菌株对庆大霉素、多西霉素完全敏感。结论:拱墅区市售小水产品副溶血性弧菌污染较严重,具有血清群的多样性,存在一定程度的耐药情况,应引起各食品安全监管部门的重视,加强对小水产品在养殖、流通、食用等各环节的主动监测和污染控制。
Objective: To investigate the contamination of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VP) in aquatic products in Gongshu district of Hangzhou city with the detection and analysis of bacteria serotype, virulence genes and drug resistance and provide the basis for the aquatic food safety and food - borne disease prevention and control. Methods: VP were isolated and identified from aquatic products according to the Chinese National Standard GB/T4789.7 - 2008. KB method was used for drug sensitive test, Real - Time PCR was used for detection of virulence genes. Results: One hundred and sixteen strains of VP virus were isolated from 160 samples (The total detection rate was 72. 5% ). The detection rate in shellfish from saltwater was 74.64% (103/138)and from freshwater was 59.09% (13/ 22). One hundred and sixteen VP strains belonged to nine serogroups, the main serogroups were O11 and O4 serogroup ( 20.69% and 18.10% respectively) , followed by O5 and O10 serogroup. O6 and O8 serogroup were also isolated, which were relatively rare. All of the strains didn' t contain toxic genes tdh and trh. Most of the strains were resistant to ampicillin and amoxycillin with the ratio of 83.62% and 78.45% respectively. All the strains showed sensitivity to gentamicin and doxycycline. Conclusion: The shellfishes from Gongshu markets were highly ,contaminated by VP. The isolated strains had antimicrobial resistance to a certain extent and belonged to different serogroups, indicating it was necessary for food regulatory department to strengthen monitoring of VP in aquatic prod- ucts circulation and eating.
