自动顶空毛细管柱气相色谱法同时检测生活饮用水中7种挥发性卤代烃 被引量:10

Determination of 7 volatile halohydrocarbons in drinking water by automated headspace-capillary gas chromatography

摘要 目的:建立饮用水中7种挥发性卤代烃的自动顶空毛细管柱气相色谱测定方法。方法:样品经85℃顶空平衡30 min后,采用DB-624毛细管色谱柱,电子捕获检测器检测,外标法定量。结果:本法7种挥发性卤代烃的平均加标回收率为94.1%~107.4%,相对标准偏差为1.05%~2.96%,检出限为0.02μg/L~0.10μg/L。结论:本法简便、灵敏、快速、准确,可同时测定生活饮用水中7种挥发性卤代烃。 Objective: To establish a method for determination of 7 volatile halohydrocarbons in drinking water by automated headspace - capillary gas chromatography. Methods: Samples were balanced at 85 ℃ for 30 min, then the headspace gas was determined by gas chromatography with electron capture detector (ECD) using DB - 624 capillary column for separation and quantified with external standard method. Results i The recoveries of the method were in the range of 94.1% -107.4%. The relative standard deviations were between 1.05% and 2.96%. The detection limits were between 0.02 ug/L and 0.10 ug/L. Conclusion :This method is simple ,accurate ,sensitive and suitable for the analysis of 7 volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water.
