摘要
目的观察罗丹调脂胶囊对饮食性高脂血症大鼠脂肪肝的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂养大鼠4周,建立实验性高脂血症大鼠模型,分为罗丹调脂胶囊高、中、低剂量组(16、8、4 g.kg-1.d-1,以生药计)、阳性药组(0.012 g.kg-1.d-1)、模型组、正常组,连续给药6周后,通过检测血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、AST、ALT的水平和观察肝脏病理学变化,考察不同剂量药物对大鼠脂肪肝的治疗作用。结果与模型组相比,罗丹调脂胶囊能降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC、LDL-C、AST、ALT水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),并能够使肝脏脂肪性病变得到明显改善。结论罗丹调脂胶囊具有改善肝脏脂肪性病变的作用,该作用可能与其调节脂质代谢、保肝抗损伤等有关。
Objective To observe the effect of Luodan tiaozhi capsules on fatty liver in hyperlipidemia rats： Methods A experrimental hyperlipidemia model was established by consecutively feeding rats with high-fat diet for 4 weeks. Then the rats were randomly divided into 6 groups： Luodan groups （high dose, middle dose,low dose）, positive control group, model group and control group. Luodan tiaozhi capsules were administered for 6 weeks by ig. The following indexes were detected in serum ： TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, AST, ALT in serum before pathological changes of the liver were observed. Results Compared to the model group, Luodan tiaozhi capsules significantly reduced levels of TC, LDL-C, AST, ALT in serum （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）and significantly improved fatty liver le- sions. Conclusion Luodan tiaozhi capsules can ameliorate fattv liver lesinns by regulating the lipid metabolism
