摘要
L-乳酸作为一种重要的工业有机酸,在食品、医药、农业、化妆品等领域有着重要应用,特别是作为生物降解材料聚L-乳酸的前体,市场需求量巨大。微生物发酵法是目前L-乳酸的主要生产方法,而菌种在发酵法中占有非常重要的地位,是决定整个生产过程的关键。总结近几十年来发酵法生产L-乳酸细菌菌种的研究进展。
As an important industrial organic acid, L-lactic acid is widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetic industries and has received increased attention for use as a monomer for the production of biodegradable poly. Microbial fermentation is the most important method for L-lactic acid production and microorganisms play a key role in the fermentation method. The research development of L-lactic acid-producing microorganisms was summarized.
