摘要
在收治的直肠癌患者 89例中 ,发生骶前静脉丛大出血 3例 ,2例死亡 ,死亡率 2 2 %。为避免这一严重并发症的发生 ,结合经验教训 ,分析了骶前静脉丛大出血的原因、预防及处理措施 。
In 89 patients with ractal carcinoma,there were 3 cases of massive hemorrhgage and 2 deaths (death rate 2.2%).To avoid the severe complication,the authors analysed the cause,prevention and treatment measures in combination with clinical experience.
