摘要
构建生态文化建设评价体系的目的就是对本地本部门生态文化建设状况作出科学的评价,为党委、政府提供决策参考,协调、督促、指导本地本部门改进工作方式,提高工作效率,力争更大成效。构建贵阳生态文化建设评价体系,就是建立一套遵循生态文化建设的客观规律、科学设置指标体系框架、能够反映生态文化建设基本状况及成效的综合评价方法。通过对各地各部门生态文化建设工作的科学评价,有利于生态文化建设工作的有序开展、统筹实施、科学推进,实现工作制度化、精细化、实效化。
The purpose of evaluation system construction of ecological culture is to make scientific evaluation on local ecological culture construction, so as to offer consultant, coordination, supervision and guidance on the improvement of the working methods and working efficiency to the Party committee and the government. The construction of such system is to establish a whole set of evaluation mechanism according to the objective regular pattern and with scientific index settings; it should be able to reflect the basic situation and achievement of ecological culture construction. The scientific evaluation in such field is beneficial to the development and systematization of such work.
