随着三网融合的不断推进,作为广电网络传统的用户家庭终端设备——数字电视机顶盒,势必要在功能上进行重新的设计和定位,家庭媒体网关便是其演进发展的一个方向。介绍广电网络公司根据自身业务开展情况,在充分融合用户需求的基础上,设计开发具有广电网络特色的家庭媒体网关产品及其主要功能。
With the continuous advance of Triple-Play,the orientation and functions of digital TV set-top boxes are bound to be redesign.Home media gateway should be object of digital TV set-top boxes.This paper introduces the main function of the home media gateway,and suggests that how CATV network companies design and develop the home media gateway products,based on the full integration of the requirements of their users,and the situation of their own business activities.
