摘要
考察碱催化剂NaOH、KOH、Na2CO3、K2CO3对甘油聚合反应的催化效果,同时采用浸渍法将NaOH制备成NaOH/γ-Al2O3固体碱,并考察不同负载量对聚甘油聚合度的影响,用Hammett指示剂法、CO2-TPD对催化剂进行表征。结果发现:NaOH作为催化剂优于其他液体碱,在焙烧温度600℃、40%负载量条件下固体碱催化剂效果最佳,得到的聚甘油聚合度为6.50,固体碱可以代替液体碱合成聚甘油。
Catalytic effect of liquid alkali as NaOH,KOH,Na2CO3,K2CO3 to synthesize polyglycerol was compared,then NaOH was impregnated on support and prepared NaOH/γ-Al2O3 solid alkali,the effect of the NaOH loading on the degree of polymerization of the polyglycerin were investigated.The performance of catalysts was characterized by Hammett indicator and CO2-TPD methods.The results showed that NaOH was better than other liquid alkali as catalyst.And under the conditions,the calcination temperature was 600 ℃ and the load amount of 40% polymerization degree of the polyglycerin was to 6.5,so solid base could instead of liquid alkali to synthesize polyglycerol.
