摘要
以2009年的投诉诉求为样本,采用词频分析、内容分析等方法,对沈阳市政府门户网政民互动中投诉诉求与回复栏目进行研究,分析了沈阳市民投诉中关于新建小区配套设施建设与使用中存在的问题,找出制约配套设施发展的原因,进而提出政府应改进规划、加强监管,制定行政法规等建议,同时应进一步提高居民自治水平,以提高新建住宅小区居民的生活质量。
Using the methods such as analysis on document frequency and contents, this article focuses on researching the column of residents' complaints and replies in the portal net of Shenyang municipal gov- ernment. Taking the complaints and appeals of 2009 as samples,this paper describes the problems existing in supporting facilities construction of newly built residential areas claimed by the residents. By analyzing the restraining factors in the supporting facilities construction, this paper also puts forward the solution to these problems, such as :the municipal government ought to improve the planning, strengthen the supervi- sion and make policies. Meanwhile, the residents should improve their self-management to enhance the res- ident' s living standards of the newly built residential areas.
