摘要
在分析现有房地产宏观调控的土地、金融和税收三大政策基础上,从目前和长远考虑,分别提出了土地、金融和税收三大房地产宏观调控政策的重点,并指出这"三大"政策措施的作用各有不同或各有利弊,为有效提高房地产市场宏观调控的效果,必须加强"三大"政策措施的综合运用。
On the basis of analyzing the existing three real estate macro-control policies of land policy, fi- nancial policy and tax policy, and from the current and long-term consideration and angles, the paper sepa- rately proposes the key of land, financial and tax three real estate macro-control policies. Then the paper puts forward the different functions, advantages and disadvantages of the three policy measures. So in or- der to effectively improve the effect of real estate market macro-control, we must strengthen the three poli- cy measures' comprehensive utilization.
