肺源性心脏病患者合并心力衰竭时血浆脑利钠肽的临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭或呼吸衰竭的血浆脑利钠肽(BNP)水平变化。方法测定31例慢性肺源性心脏病心功能失代偿期(A组)患者治疗前BNP水平与33例慢性肺源性心脏病心功能代偿期合并呼吸衰竭(B组)患者的BNP水平,对两组的BNP水平进行比较。结果观察A组BNP与B组BNP水平,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭时较发生呼吸衰竭时BNP水平明显升高,对发现慢性肺源性心脏病是否合并心力衰竭及早期诊断、治疗心力衰竭有一定价值。
