摘要
针对复杂装备保障设备种类优化问题开展研究,提出了多阶段保障设备种类归并优化方法。该方法基于数学规划中的动态规划思想,提出了按保障设备研制主体、保障设备专业、保障设备所属装备的功能系统等关系划分优化阶段的原则,确定保障设备种类优化的优化目标,给出决策策略函数定义及各阶段决策状态集确定方法,并通过最优目标函数确定最优保障设备种类。该方法优化目标明确、计算方法简单,为解决研制阶段复杂装备的研制主体面向大量保障设备的种类优化问题,提供了理论支撑。
In this paper, an application of mathematical programming was presented. The optimization of support equipment types of complex military equipments can be solved by the application which aims at fast and efficiency. The principles, such as support equipments contractors, specialties of support equipments, the functional systems supported by support equipments, optimization phase are given. The optimization object, policies of decision-making, the method of defining state set of each phase, high efficiency could be ensured with the method of finding the optimal result by the optimization object function are given. The method is clear objectives and simple calculation, can solve the support equipment types' optimization of complex military equipments during the acquisition phase.
