摘要
目的探讨我院10年来临床成份输血的开展情况。方法通过2002年至2011年10年来对我院全部用血进行统计,分析全血、成分血各年份所占比。结果 2002年至2011年10年成分输血分别为23.40%、33.08%、66.52%、97.76%、99.16%、98.65%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%。全血使用量逐年呈明显下降趋势,成分输血的输注量逐年上升到100%。结论善用临床用血统计分析与总结经验,能使临床输血更安全、科学、合理、有效,更便于推广临床成分输血。
Objective To investigat the status of blood component therapy in the past ten years in our hospital. Methods The use of whole blood and blood component products in our hospital in the past ten years were analyzed. Results From 2002 to 2011,the ratios of blood component transfusion were 23.40%, 33.08%, 66.52%, 97.76%, 99.16%, 98.65%, 100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%. The used amount of whole blood were decreasing, and the used amount of blood component products were increasing in the past ten years. Conclusions Analysis of the use of whole blood and blood component products can help to provide safe and rational experience for clinical blood transfusion, and to promote blood component transfusion.
