摘要
十七届六中全会发起了文化体制的新的一轮改革,这给校园文化建设提供了新的契机。在高校校园文化建设中,行政管理是不可忽视的力量。应建立以人为本的高校校园文化管理机制,提高高校行政管理人员的素质,加强对校园文化建设的专业化指导,充分利用高校资源组织和协调好校园文化建设。
The Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee launched a new round of reform on the cultural system, which provided a chance for the construction of campus culture. The university＇s administration has become an indispensable and important force in the construction of campus culture. It is necessary to establish a people-oriented mechanism for the management of campus culture, improve the quality of the college administrative staff, strengthen a professionalized guidance for the construction of campus culture, and make the best use of the university resources to organize and harmonize the construction of campus culture.
