摘要
人力资源是小微型企业最重要的资源,只有不断加强对员工的投资,才能获得独特的竞争优势。对员工的心理资本开发是对人力资源投资最重要的方面,积极的心理资本能有效改善员工行为,增强员工幸福度从而提升组织绩效。心理资本是可以测量、开发和管理的,小微型企业必须认识到对员工心理资本开发的重要性,树立对员工心理资本开发的观念,通过明晰企业愿景并向员工明确表达、营造一个轻松、愉快的培养型团队环境、加强心理资本内容的培育、经常与员工进行有效的沟通交流、制定员工心理资本增值计划等方式培养员工积极的心理资本。
Human resource is the most important resource for small miniature enterprises, so by strengthening investment in employees, they can obtain a unique competitive advantage. The development of psychological capital of employees is the topmost for human resources investment, and positive psychological capital can effectively improve the behavior of staff and enhance employee's well-being, thus promoting organizational performance. Psychological capital can be measured, developed and managed. Small micro enterprises must recognize the importance of developing psychological capital, bear in mind the concept of psychological capital, create a relaxed, pleasant environment to strengthen the cultivation, and often have effective communication with the staff for making a training plan for positive psychological capital.
