摘要
党章是政党立党、治党、管党的总章程,其蕴含的政治价值理念与政党治理规范化的要求相一致。依党章加快党内民主的规范化进程,依党章进一步完善党员队伍的教育管理,依党章解决党内存在的矛盾和问题,依党章对党员尤其是领导干部形成纪律约束,是实现政党治理规范化、全面提高党的建设科学化的重要路径。
The party constitution is the supreme criterion for a party＇ s construction and management. Its politi- cal value and idea cohere with the requirements of the party＇ s standardizing management. Complying with the party constitution to accelerate the inner - party democracy, to further perfect the party member team＇ s educa- tion and management, to solve the inner- party contradictions and problems, and to restrain the party member, especially leading cadres＇ and entirely improvement activities is the critical path to achieve the political party＇ s standardizing management of our party＇ s scientific development.
