伊马替尼治疗慢性粒细胞白血病急性巨核细胞白血病变1例

摘要 患者,男,41岁,因左上腹持续性胀痛半天于2009年09月21日入我科,经骨髓穿刺等检查确诊慢性粒细胞性白血病,苏大附一院染色体检查示46,XY,del（5）（q12q31）,t（9;22）（q34;q11）,予口服羟基脲化疗后好转,以后一直在院外口服羟基脲1.0g,2次/d维持治疗。2010年9月5日因＂发热1周＂再次入院,体温最高达39℃以上,伴咳嗽咯痰,无骨骼肌肉疼痛,查体：贫血貌,全身皮肤无出血点,浅表淋巴结未触及肿大,胸骨无压痛,心肺听诊无异常,腹部平软,无压痛反跳痛。
