摘要
简述了提高聚氨酯树脂耐湿热的原理和方法。从低聚物二元醇、二异氰酸酯和扩链剂等合成原料的选择,具有特定功能的其它化合物的共聚或共混改性,以及固化剂的使用等方面,综述了用于食品包装的耐湿热复合油墨用聚氨酯粘合剂的国内外研究进展。指出复合油墨用聚氨酯粘合剂正向着环保化、通用化方向发展,单组分耐125℃以上高温蒸煮复合油墨用聚氨酯粘合剂将成为未来的研究趋势。
The principles and methods to improve the wet-heat resistant of polyurethane resin were briefly introduced.The technology developments of the printing ink polyurethane binder with wet-heat resistant for food packaging at home and abroad,including the oligomer diol,a diisocyanate,a chain extender,modified by copolymer or other compounds with specific functions and crosslink curing agent were reviewed.In the end,the paper point out that the polyurethane adhesive of composite ink has been to the direction to environmental protection and generalization,one component high temperature above 125 ℃ resisting steaming and boiling polyurethane adhesive is outlooked.
