摘要
高职院校学生党建工作对推进优良学风的形成和传承起着引领和导向的作用。严格党员发展关,使培养对象的成长过程成为学风建设的推进过程;严肃党员管理关,使学生党员成为学风建设的先锋模范和中坚力量;规范组织建设关,使学生党支部成为学风建设的政治核心和坚强保障。这是高职院校以学生党建促学风建设的三个关键所在。同时要处理好学习成绩与综合素质、个人提升与集体进步及起点能力与过程成长等三个重要关系。
Student party construction functions as a guide in the process of boosting the formation and inheritance of excellent learning atmostphere. A strict standard of developing CPC members,a serious supervision of CPC members and a higher stand- ardization of the organization construction are three keys to the concrete practice of the student party construction in the learn- ing atmosphere construction in vocational colleges. Meanwhile, the relations between acdemic result and overall quality,individu- al progress and collective advancement,starting capability and process growth need to be dealt with in a balanced way.
