摘要
考虑到轴承刚度的影响,建立弹性支撑的有限元模型,利用有限元方法分析得出了电主轴在弹性支撑下的各阶固有频率和相应的阵型。进一步考虑了电主轴安装不同数目刀头的因素,对电主轴进行了谐响应分析,绘制电主轴3个方向的频率-振幅曲线。根据简谐力作用下的振动分布情况,可以看出在固有频率处电主轴在简谐力的作用下动刚度较差,在加工工作中频率应尽可能的避免会产生振动位移波峰的固有频率。
Due to the effects of bearing rigidity, the finite element modle of elastic support is established as well as the natural frequency and relative formation of each order for motorized spindle with elastic support are obtained by analysis with finite element method. Fur[hermore, since the number of tool bit for motorized spindle is different, the harmonic response a- nalysis of,motorized spindle is made :and the curves of frequency - amplitude for three directions of motorized spindle are drawn.
