摘要
目的:探讨超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创旋切术的疗效。方法:将笔者所在医院2011年11月-2012年11月收治的乳房肿块患者126例随机均分为试验组和对照组;试验组采用超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创旋切术,对照组采用传统开放性切口切除肿物的手术方法,对比两组相关检测结果。结果:试验组手术时间、术中出血量、切口范围、肿物切除准确率、患者满意度、舒适度、切口瘢痕与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下麦默通乳腺微创旋切术的效果明显优于传统开放性切口切除肿物的手术方法。术前有效的心理疏导,术后严密观察病情可有效防止并发症的发生,提高手术成功率,减轻患者的痛苦。
Objective： To investigate the effect under ultrasound guided mamotome breast minimaUy invasive directional coronary atherectomy.Methods： Selecting the author＇s hospital from November 2011 to November 2012 patients with breast lump of 126 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group using ultrasonic guided mammotome breast minimally invasive Xuanqieshu, control group adopted traditional incisions to remove the mass operation method, comparing two groups of test resuhs.Results： Experimental group scope of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, incision, accurate resection, patients＇satisfaction, comfort, incision sear compared with control group was statistically signifieant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Effect of ultrasound guided mammotome breast minimally invasive Xuanqieshu is superior to traditional incisions to remove the mass operation method. Effective preoperative psychological counseling, postoperative close observation condition can effectively prevent the occurrence of complications, improve the success rate of surgery, relieve the suffering of the patients.
