十甲基五元瓜环的热分解动力学

摘要 采用热重法(TG)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)测定了十甲基五元瓜环在氮气气氛中的热分解过程。结果表明十甲基五元瓜环热分解是一个三阶段过程。通过对热分解过程的动力学分析,得到非线性回归的初始值,并且通过设定合理的参数进行多元非线性拟合,分别获得三个阶段热分解反应的动力学参数Ea、lgA及其最概然机理。 The thermal dehydration and decomposition kinetics of Me10Q[5 ] were investigated by using the nonisothermal method by thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry technique in nitrogen. The results indicate that the thermal decomposition processes of Me10Q[ 5 ] in Nitrogen is a three-stage process. The decomposition reaction initial parameters were evaluated by model-free methods. These parameters in the multivariate non-linear regression method were used in dynamically analyze the thermal decomposition of Me10Q[5 ], then factors of kinetics were obtained such as the most probable mechanism function, the activation energy and the pre-exponential factor.
