摘要
椎体骨折较为常见,其发病率随着年龄的增加而增加,正确判断椎体骨折愈合的不同时期,对于临床的康复治疗和法医学鉴定非常有必要。本试验旨在建立一种适合影像学观察的椎体骨折动物模型。选用12只6月龄、体重约2kg健康成年青紫兰兔,雌雄不限,首先通过手术方法造成椎体骨折,然后拍摄兔脊柱的CR片观察试验效果。结果表明,12只兔手术椎体均出现骨折,12只(100%)均未发生切口感染,10只(83.33%)未发生肢体瘫痪,存活良好;2只(16.67%)下肢瘫痪。本试验建立了适合影像学观察的椎体骨折动物模型,有利于对椎体骨折的愈合过程进行研究。
Vertebral fracture is very common,and the incidence increases with age.Correct judgment of different periods of the healing process of vertebral fracture is very necessary for rehabilitation and forensic identification.This experiment was to establish an animal model of vertebral fracture suitable for imaging.12healthy adult Chinchilla rabbits,6-month-old,irrespective of gender,were selected.Firstly,we made vertebral fracture through surgical operation.Secondly,we examined rabbits with CR(computed radiography) to observe the effect of the operation.As a result,12rabbits were fractured,12(100%)had no incision infection;10(83.33%)without the occurrence of limb paralysis,survived;2(16.67%)had lower limb paralysis.This experiment established an animal model of vertebral fracture suitable for imaging observation,which was good for the study of the healing process of vertebral fracture.
