摘要
目的 研究胆源性胰腺炎合并胆总管结石的临床表现和治疗措施.方法 回顾性分析在我院接受诊治的50例胆源性胰腺炎合并胆总管结石的病例资料和临床表现.结果 50例患者中,非梗阻性为14例,行非手术治疗5例,择期手术治疗9例,均治愈.梗阻性为31例,均采用延期手术治疗,且治愈.重症患者共5例,1例早期手术,出现并发症,但治愈.剩余4例先行非手术治疗,症状好转后,再行延期手术治愈.结论 治疗该项疾病应首先检查患者是否有胆道梗阻,再选择适当手术时机,达到治愈的目的.
Objective To study the clinical manifestations and treatment measures of gallstone pancreatitis complicated by biliary stones.Methods The clinical data and manifestations of 50 patients with gallstone pancreatitis complicated by biliary stones treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 50 patients,14 were non-obstructive,5 of whom received non-surgical treatment and 9 received elective surgical treatment,all of the patients were cured; 31 were obstructive and received extended surgery and then were cured; There were 5 patients in severe condition.One received early surgery,developed complications,and were finally cured; the other 4 were received non-surgical treatment first; as the symptoms improved,they received delayed surgery and were cured.Conclusions To treat gallstone pancreatitis complicated by biliary stones,we should first determine whether the patients have biliary obstruction,then select appropriate timing of surgery,and achieve the aim of cure.
