摘要
目的探讨PTEN、PDCD4在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化非生物素二步法检测PTEN、PDCD4在上皮性卵巢癌、卵巢良性肿瘤以及正常卵巢组织中的表达。结果 PTEN在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达明显低于卵巢良性肿瘤组织及正常卵巢组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PDCD4在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达明显低于卵巢良性肿瘤组织及正常卵巢组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在上皮性卵巢癌中PTEN、PDCD4的表达呈正相关性(r=0.839,P<0.05)。在恶性肿瘤组,PTEN在高分化癌中的表达明显高于中、低分化癌(P<0.05)、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期的阳性表达率明显高于Ⅲ~Ⅳ期(P<0.05)。PDCD4在高分化癌中的表达明显高于中、低分化癌且有统计学意义。结论 PTEN、PDCD4的低表达与卵巢癌的发生、发展有关,二者有可能成为卵巢癌诊断及治疗的新靶点。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of PTEN and PDCD4 in ovarian epithelial cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical abiotic two-step method was used to determine the expression of PTEN and PDCD4 in ovarian epithelial carcinomas,ovarian epithelial tumors and normal ovarian issues.Results The positive expression rate of PTEN in ovarian epithelial carcinomas was significantly lower in ovarian epithelial tumors and normal ovarian issues.Difference had statistical significance(P0.05).The positive expression rate of PDCD4 in ovarian epithelial carcinomas was significantly lower than those in ovarian epithelial tumors and normal ovarian issues.Difference had statistical significance(P0.05).PTEN had positive correlation with PDCD4 in ovarian epithelial carcinomas(r=0.839,P0.05).In ovarian epithelial carcinomas,the positive expression of PTEN in high-grade was significantly higher than the middle- and low-grade(P0.05).Its positive expression in Ⅰ-Ⅱ stage was markedly higher than Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage(P0.05).The positive expression of PDCD4 in high-grade was significantly higher than the middle- and low-grade(P0.05).Conclusion The expression of PTEN and PDCD4 might be correlated to the carcinogenesis and development of ovarian cancer.They might become the new target for diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.
