摘要
当前我国媒体的"双轨制"用人制度、行政化层级管理、重利用轻培养的模式等人力资源管理政策,给新闻生产带来了人力成本高、效率低下、节目质量提升难等问题,并催生了虚假、有偿新闻。当前关于媒介人力资源政策对新闻生产的影响的研究还很少,对政策所引发的这些问题还不够重视。审视当前我国媒介人力资源政策,从新闻生产的角度提出了相应的调整建议。
Currently,the media industries adopt the human resources policies,including double-track employment,the administrative multi-layered management and the mode of valuing profit more than usefulness,which results in the high cost of human resources,low efficiency and difficulty in improving the quality of programs.Moreover,it produces false and paid news.There are few studies on the influence of media human resources policies on news production,and the problems caused by the policy have not been valued.Upon analysis of the current media human resources policies,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions from the angle of news production.
