摘要
马来西亚作为一个多元民族国家,众多的民族成份,复杂的民族构成,使得民族关系始终成为影响国家发展的关键因素。马来西亚政府依据本国国情,应时代所需,先后制定并实行了一系列旨在发展民族经济、缓和民族矛盾、协调民族关系的民族政策。通过系统梳理马来西亚民族政策的历史嬗变,不难发现正是这些灵活多样、理性务实的民族政策有效地促进了马来西亚的政治稳定、经济发展、社会和谐及民族关系的良性运转,这对我国构建和谐民族关系具有一定的启迪意义。
Malaysia is a multi-nationality country with diverse ethnic elements and complicated ethnic components. Ethnic relationship has always been a key factor affecting its national development. To meet the needs of the times and in accordance with its national conditions, Malaysian governments have made a series of ethnic policies to develop ethnic economy, ease up ethnic conflicts and coordinate ethnic relationship. By systematically sorting out the historical changes of Malaysian ethnic policies, we can see that these flexible, rational and practical ethnic policies effectively promote Malaysian political stability, economic development, social harmony and healthy operation of ethnic relationship. This offers some inspiration for China to construct harmonious ethnic relationship.
