摘要
对北京大学第一医院近11年来收治的23例布鲁菌病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。以中年男性为主。发热、多汗、关节疼痛和头痛为常见临床表现；发热多表现为高热，脾大较肝大常见，肝损害15例，一过性蛋白尿6例。2例患者继发噬血细胞综合征，其他并发症包括肾衰竭并感染性心内膜炎、肺部感染并感染性心内膜炎、肾脓肿各1例。多数患者接受多西环素或米诺环素、利福平的联合治疗，疗程6周痊愈。布鲁菌病临床表现复杂，多不典型，可继发噬血细胞综合征。
To analyze the clinical characteristics,complications and management of Brucellosis.As a retrospective review,23 patients with Brucellosis admitted into Peking University First Hospital over a 10-year period were reviewed.Most of them were middle-aged males.Common presenting clinical manifestations included high fever,sweating,arthralgia and headache.Splenomegaly was more common than hepatomegaly.There were liver injury （n =15）,transient proteinuria （n =6）,secondary hemophagocytic syndrome （n =2） and renal failure with infective endocarditis,pneumonia with infective endocarditis,renal abscess （n =1）.Most of them were treated effectively with combination therapy.The clinical features of Brucellosis are both complicated and atypical.
