摘要
司法考试与法学教育之间是对立统一、相辅相成的,司法考试对法学本科教育的影响既有积极的一面,也有消极的一面,应以司法考试为契机,充分发挥司法考试对法学本科教育的积极影响,实现二者之间的良性互动。在司法考试的大背景下,应立足我院法学专业的具体情况,从法学教育模式、教学方法、教学内容三方面对我院法学专业进行进一步的完善。
National Judicial Examination and legal education are the unity of opposites.National Judicial Examination has influence,positive and negative,on undergraduate legal education.We should make fully use of its positive influences on undergraduate legal education and achieve the positive interaction between them.In the context of National Judicial Examination,law major of North China Institute of Science and Technology should be practically improved from three aspects： pattern of legal education,teaching methods,contents of courses.
