The paper introduces the development trend of cable assembly for aerospace products, as well as the application and basic structure element, and analyzes the main complications restricting the reliability of cable as- sembly, and puts forward the corresponding solutions for the typical malfunction of the cable assembly. In the end, the paper presents the key significance of improving the quality and reliability of the cable assembly.
