摘要
结合生产实际,分析了石油焦中各元素在煅烧前后的变化,介绍了罐式煅烧炉在生产过程中石油焦储存、掺配等各环节配料的做法,确保了煅烧炉平稳运行,达到了降低成本的目的。
Combined with the practical production,the changes of elements in petroleum coke before and after calcination were analyzed.The methods for petroleum coke propotioning in steps of storage and blending in the production process of pot calciner were introduced.The methods ensured the steady operation of calciner,and realized the goal of reducing cost.
