摘要
新钢11号高炉热风炉设计上采用了强化燃烧和换热技术,高效格子砖专利技术,冷风均匀分配技术,热风炉本体分段砌筑,高效能陶瓷燃烧器和热风炉烟气余热回收双预热等一系列先进技术。11号高炉投产9个月以来,该系统运行稳定,实现了在单烧高炉煤气的情况下,热风温度月平均接近1 200℃的目标,节能效果良好。
A series of advanced technologies have been used on the design of the hot stove of the 11 th BF in Xinsteel, such as strengthen combustion and heat transfer technique, high performance checker brick patent technique, cold wind even distribution tech- nique, high performance ceramic burner, waste heat recovery and double preheating technique etc. The system run stably and realized average monthly blast temperature up to 1 200 ℃ in a single blast furnace gas condition since the No. 1 lth Bf put into use nine months ago. It has achieved good effect of energy saving.
