摘要
目的探讨产前个体化健康教育对初产妇分娩方式的影响。方法将90名初产妇随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组在产前进行个体化健康教育,对照组按常规护理,对比两组产妇的分娩结果。结果观察组初产妇剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.01),引起剖宫产的影响因素低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对初产妇进行产前个体化健康教育,可以降低剖宫产率,提高自然分娩率。
Objective To investigate influence of prenatal individual health education on the delivery mode of primipara. Methods 90 primiparas were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given prenatal individual health education while the control group traditional care. Then compare two groups after having given birth. Results The observation group had significantly lower rate of cesarean section than control group, and same as influence of social causes to cesarean section. Conclusion Prenatal individual health education can decline the rate of cesarean and raise the rate of natural childbirth.
