摘要
介绍了酶联免疫分析法(ELISA)的原理、方法类型及ELISA试剂盒等,重点阐述了近年来ELISA在乳品检测中的应用,包括ELISA用于乳品中蛋白质、抗生素、激素、毒素、磺胺类药物、微生物、三聚氰胺、维生素的检测,并对酶联免疫分析法在乳品检测中的应用前景进行了展望。
This paper reviews the principle and type of method of ELISA, ELISA kit of enzyme linked immunoassay and so on. The article focuses on the application of ELISA in dairy products in recent years, including the detection of protein, antibiotics, hormones, toxin, sulfonamides, microorganism, melamine, vitamin, and do the outlook for the prospect of the application of enzyme linked immunoassay in dairy test.
