摘要
采用2种抗菌剂(SCJ-2000和ATB-9800)、2种微生物菌种(枯草杆菌和大肠杆菌)对3种毛绒类织物进行抗菌整理实验,通过正交试验和单因素实验方法,以抑菌环(抑菌率)、断裂强力、白度、厚度、透气性等作为衡量整理后织物服用性能测试的主要指标,分析各因素对实验指标的影响,最终确定3种毛绒类织物的最佳抗菌整理工艺参数。
Antibacterial finishing experiment of three plush fabrics were taken with two kinds of antimicrobial agents(organic antimicrobial agent SCJ-2000 and natural Chitosan modified compounds ATB-9800),and two kinds of microorganisms(Bacillus subtilis and E.Coli).Using orthogonal experiment and single-factor experiment,and inhibition zone or inhibition rate,breaking strength,whiteness,thickness and air permeability as main indicators to the wearability test of the finished fabric,to anlysis and determine the best parameters of antibacterial finishing process.
