摘要
采用标准石英砂作为低尺寸石英砂对普通硅酸盐水泥进行粉磨。分析掺不同石英砂粉磨后,水泥的比表面积、密度、45μm和80μm筛余及粒度分布的变化。对粉磨水泥的粒度分布数据进行RRSB拟合,并研究粉磨后水泥对砂浆力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,随石英砂掺量的增加,粉磨水泥密度呈直线减小;比表面积呈现曲线变化。石英砂改善了水泥的颗粒分布情况,粉磨后的水泥粒度分布RRSB拟合情况很好。添加石英砂后,粉磨水泥的砂浆强度均比空白样提高。
Grind ordinary Portland cement was adopt the standard quartz sand as small size grind medium.Effect of grind medium on grind performance of Portland cement was studied by determining density, specific surface area, 45 μm and 80μm sieve residue and particle size distribution.The physical performance and the chemical shrinkage of cement were also researched.The results showed that with increased of the grind medium, the density of grind cement was linear decrease.At the same time, the specific surface area was curve changed.The RRBS of grind of cement particle size distribution data was fitted in good condition.Grind medium improved the cement particle distribution.The strength of mortar with grind cement which added grind medium, was better than the blank sample.
