摘要
[目的]为新疆鹰嘴豆褐斑病的防治提供理论依据。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定了9种杀菌剂对鹰嘴豆新病害褐斑病病菌Ascochyta rabiei Pass.的毒力。[结果]10%苯醚甲环唑WG、25 g/L咯菌腈FS、30 g/L苯醚甲环唑FS、50%嘧菌环胺WG四种药剂抑菌作用最强,药后10 d,EC50值为0.001-1.461 mg/L范围内,持效期可达20 d以上。其次是30%苯甲.丙环唑EC、50%多菌灵DF,药后10 d,EC50值在1.544-3.280 mg/L范围内,也表现较好的抑菌作用。[结论]10%苯醚甲环唑WG、30%苯甲.丙环唑EC、25 g/L咯菌腈FS、50%嘧菌环胺WG和30 g/L苯醚甲环唑FS抑菌效果好,可以适当轮用。
[Aims] The study aimed to provide theoretical basis for controlling Cicerarinuml broen Spot in Xinjiang.[Methods] Toxicities of 9 fungicides to fungus of a new disease named Ascochyta rabiei Pass were tested by mycelium growth rate.[Results] Results showed that the activities of difenoconazole 10% WG,fludioxonil 25 g/L FS,difenoconazole 30 g/L FS,cyprodinil 50% WG are stronger than that of other tested fungicides,value of EC50 ranged in 0.001-1.461 mg/L after treated 10 d,and the effect lasted for at least 20 d.Difenoconazole.propiconazole 30% EC and carbendazim 50% DF showed better toxicities with EC50 value of 1.544-3.280 mg/L.[Conclusions] Difenoconazole.propiconazole,fludioxonil,cyprodinil and difenoconazole had good inhibition effects on pathogens of Cicerarinuml broen Spot and crop rotation could be adopted properly.
