摘要
以黄色金针菇与白色金针菇为亲本,利用双单杂交方法构建杂交种,从F2代中筛选出白色金针菇优良品种川金5号,该品种保持了黄色金针菇早熟、菌柄基部无绒毛、不粘连、子实体弯曲度低、高产等特性;平均产量为1.012 kg.袋-1,较江山白菇和F21分别增产56.41%、104.32%,与黄色金针菇相比菌株产量差异不大;子实体菌柄基部无绒毛、不粘连,可食率达到84.1%,较江山白菇和F21分别高8.94%和11.24%,与黄色金针菇菌株"金丝"在可食率上差异不显著。
Yellow and white F. velutipes were used as parents and their hybrid was constructed using mon-di crossing technique. Chuanjin No. 5 was screened from the F2 generation. This euhivar retained the eharaeteristics of yellow F. velutipes which was early-maturing, high-yielding and had a villus-less stipe base and a fruiting body of low bending degree. Its average yield was 1. 012 kg·bag^-1 which was 56. 41% and 104. 32% in excess of Jiangshan white mushroom and F21 respectively, and was similar with yellow F. velutipes. Its edible rate was 84. 1% which was 8. 94% and 11.24% in excess of Jiangshan white mushroom and F21 respectively, and was not significantly different with a yellow F. velutipes cultivar Jinsi.
