摘要 斜井钻机钻具处理机械手用于排管架与井口之间往返自动夹持与递送钻具,是斜井钻机钻具传输中最为关键的设备。为此,设计了斜井钻机钻具处理机械手。该机械手主体采用复式四连杆机构,包括主臂、副臂、长摇杆、短摇杆以及主臂与副臂之间连接的副臂液缸。液压系统采用开式循环系统,利用电机带动变量泵为系统提供1个流量可以变化的动力源;系统输出的最大工作压力为21 MPa,最大流量120 L/min。试验结果表明,机械手可实现井架倾角从45°到90°的斜井钻机在井口快速对扣作业,具有操作灵活可靠、运动平稳、拆装方便等优势。 The drill tool handling manipulator of slant-hole drilling rig is used to clamp and send drill tools automatically in the round trip between pipe rack and wellhead. It is the most important equipment in the transmission of drill tools in slant drilling. The main body of the manipulator adopts the compound four-bar linkage structure, including main arm, auxiliary arm, long and short rockers, as well as auxiliary arm' s hydraulic cylinder connected between main arm and auxiliary arm. The hydraulic system adopts open circulation system, using electric motor to drive variable displacement pump in order to provide the power source with changeable flowrate. The maximum out- put operating pressure of the system is 21 MPa and maximum flowrate is 120 L/min. The factory test findings show that the manipulator designed can achieve fast wellhead thread-alignment operation with slant hole drilling rig whose derrick has a dip angle of 45°- 90°. It is flexible and reliable in operation, stable in movement and convenient in disassembly and assembly.
