摘要 在充分考虑侧钻水平井的屈曲、钻压、扭矩和摩阻的基础上,将侧钻水平井分为直井段、曲率段和水平段,建立了侧钻水平井钻井管柱力学分析模型。采用基于COM组件的VB与MATLAB混合编程软件制作技术,开发了水平井管柱力学分析软件,同时结合某井的钻井参数对软件进行了应用。应用结果表明,软件可以对井身轨迹进行预览,能够进行钻压、扭矩、应力及稳定性分析,并能得到一定钻井轨迹下的水平钻进延伸极限。 Sidetracking horizontal wells were divided into straight sections, curvature sections and horizontal sections, on the basis of full consideration of buckling, drilling pressure, torque and friction of sidetracking horizontal wells. Then, the string mechanical analysis model of sidetracking horizontal wells was established. The COM component-based production technology which combined the programming softwares of VB and MATLAB was adopt- ed to develop the mechanical analysis software of horizontal drilling string. Meanwhile, the software was applied in combination with the drilling parameters of some well. The application shows that the software can conduct a preview of hole trajectory as well as an analysis of drilling pressure, torque, stress and stability. Moreover, the extension limit of horizontal drilling under some drilling trajectory can be obtained.
