摘要
本文采用变换法和构造法探讨中心对称矩阵和反对称矩阵的特征.这两种矩阵在小波滤波器设计中起着非常重要的作用.
This note focuses on the characterization of the characterization of central symmetric and anti-symmetric matrices by using an alternative and constructive approach. These matrices play an important role for design of wavelet filter banks.
